Hey, I'm Angeon Founder of The Marketplace Method

From grooming table
to digital business owner

I spent nearly a decade as a dog groomer — and I loved it. But I wanted time freedom, income flexibility, and a business I could run from home as a mom. Digital products and marketplaces gave me all three.

A little background

A working mom who needed a different kind of work

I was a dog groomer for nearly ten years. It was physical, it was fulfilling, and it was mine. But when my daughter came along, the grooming table stopped making sense. I needed something that worked around her — not the other way around.

I started selling digital products on Etsy, then expanded to Amazon KDP and Teachers Pay Teachers. It took trial and error, a lot of late nights, and figuring out what actually works (and what doesn't).

Now I run The Marketplace Method from home in about three hours a day — with a team of VAs who handle the day-to-day — while my daughter plays in the next room. That's the vision I want to help you build, too.

The journey

How we got here

01

Nearly a decade in the grooming industry

I built a career I was proud of — but I was trading time for money with a hard ceiling. When my daughter was born, I knew I needed to build something different. Something that didn't require me to be there every minute to make money.

02

First digital product, first sale

I started with Etsy digital downloads — clip art, printables, and eventually KDP interiors. The first sale hit different. It proved the model worked, and I went all in on learning the marketplaces.

03

Expanding to KDP and Teachers Pay Teachers

Etsy opened the door, but I quickly realized the same skills transferred to Amazon KDP and TPT. Multiple streams, multiple marketplaces — that's how you build something stable.

04

The Marketplace Method is born

I started sharing what I was learning — what worked, what flopped, what tools I used — and people wanted more. TMM became a community, then a curriculum, then a full education platform for sellers at every level.

05

Running it all in three hours a day

With VAs running day-to-day operations, I focus on strategy, creation, and community. I spend the rest of my time being a present mom — which was always the whole point.

What drives this work What I believe

The values behind everything I teach

01

Sustainable over hustle

I don't teach the "grind 18 hours a day" model. I teach systems — so your business works when you don't. Three hours a day is enough when the structure is right.

02

Real tools, real results

Everything I teach inside TMM, I've done myself. No theorycrafting. No recycled advice. Real marketplace experience, current strategies, honest results.

03

Motherhood and ambition coexist

You can build a serious income and be a present, intentional mom. I refuse to believe you have to choose. TMM exists to prove that both are possible.

04

Beginners deserve good education

Most "guru" content is vague or gatekept behind expensive masterminds. I built TMM to be accessible — real information at real price points, without the fluff.

05

Community changes everything

Selling online can be lonely. Having a group of people asking the same questions, celebrating the same wins, and giving honest feedback? That's what accelerates growth.

06

Multiple streams, real stability

One marketplace is a starting point. Etsy, KDP, and TPT together — with systems behind them — is an income you can count on. That's what I help you build.

Beyond the business

A little more of the real me

The business is a big part of who I am, but it's not all of it. Here's what life actually looks like.

Mama first

Building it all around her

My daughter is the reason TMM exists. She pushed me to design a business that runs without me at the center of it 24/7. Every system I build has her in mind.

Vegan life

Low-tox, intentional living

Organic, non-toxic, and plant-based wherever possible. I care deeply about what goes into our home, what we eat, and how we live. That intentionality carries into how I run my business too.

Pet family

Dogs, birds, rabbits, and fish

Our home is full — dogs, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, and multiple aquarium setups. The groomer in me never really left. I just work from home now while surrounded by animals.

Washington D.C.

Multigenerational household

We live with my mom and my partner Dan — which I genuinely love. There's always someone around, always something happening. It's a full, loud, beautiful house.
